Hubungan Dukungan Suami dengan Pemilihan Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang di Klinik Pratama GriyaSehat Colomadu

Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) merupakan salah satu pilihan kontrasepsi yang efektif dalam mencegah kehamilan dalam jangka panjang, tetapi penggunaannya masih lebih rendah dibandingkan metode kontrasepsi non-MKJP. Dukungan suami menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pasangan terkait pemilihan metode kontrasepsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami dengan pemilihan Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) pada akseptor KB di Klinik Pratama Griya Sehat Colomadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 akseptor KB yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis secara univariat serta bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square.Sebagian besar responden mendapatkan dukungan suami, yaitu 40 responden (66,7%), sedangkan 20 responden (33,3%) tidak mendapatkan dukungan suami. Sebanyak 33 responden (55,0%) memilih MKJP dan 27 responden (45,0%) memilih non-MKJP. Responden yang mendapatkan dukungan suami sebagian besar memilih MKJP, yaitu 30 responden, sedangkan responden yang tidak mendapatkan dukungan suami sebagian besar memilih non-MKJP, yaitu 17 responden. Hasil uji Chi-Square menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,05).Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan suami dengan pemilihan MKJP pada akseptor KB di Klinik Pratama Griya Sehat Colomadu. Dukungan suami perlu diperkuat melalui keterlibatan dalam pemberian informasi, konseling, pengambilan keputusan, dan pendampingan dalam pelayanan kontrasepsi.
