Pengaruh Core Stability Exercise Terhadap Intensitas Low Back Pain Pada Petani di Desa Gabus Kabupaten Sragen

Indonesia, sektor pertanian menjadi perekonomian utama. Aktivitas pertanian ini dapat menyebabkan adanya low back pain. Survei Kesehatan Indonesia, menyatakan pada tahun 2021 terdapat 3,71% atau setara 12.914 kasus nyeri punggung bawah di Indonesia. Nyeri punggung bawah dapat mengakibatkan keterbatasan gerak yang menganggu aktivitas dan ketidaknyamanan. Salah satu penanganan adalah core stability exercise. Tujuan : Mengetahui pengaruh core stability exercise terhadap intensitas low back pain pada petani di Desa Gabus Kabupaten Sragen. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian Quasi Experiment Desain. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 78 orang. Sampel penelitian ini petani di Desa Gabus Kabupaten Sragen berjumlah 15 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrument menggunakan pengukuran tingkat nyeri punggung bawah menggunakan Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). Analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil : Sebelum dilakukan intervensi core stability exercise pada responden didapatkan mayoritas petani memiliki keluhan nyeri sedang, dan setelah dilakukan intervensi core stability exercise pada petani di Desa Gabus didapatkan penurunan skala nyeri punggung bawah menjadi ringan. Didapatkan nilai p-value 0,001. Kesimpulan : Terdapat pengaruh core stability exercise terhadap intensitas low back pain pada petani di Desa Gabus Kabupaten Sragen.
