Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Tingkat Kecemasan pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jatisrono I

Dukungan keluarga merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang memengaruhi kondisi psikologis ibu hamil, khususnya pada trimester III yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya kecemasan menjelang persalinan. Kurangnya dukungan keluarga dapat meningkatkan risiko kecemasan yang berdampak pada kesehatan ibu dan janin. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jatisrono I. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 65 ibu hamil trimester III yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dukungan keluarga dan instrumen Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS), kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil: Sebagian besar responden memperoleh dukungan keluarga yang baik (67,7%), sedangkan tingkat kecemasan yang paling banyak dialami adalah kecemasan sedang (38,4%). Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III (p=0,001). Kesimpulan: Dukungan keluarga berhubungan secara signifikan dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III. Semakin baik dukungan keluarga yang diterima, semakin rendah tingkat kecemasan ibu dalam menghadapi persalinan.
